We also automatically collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — including page views, session duration, device type, and approximate city-level location.

Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years, then automatically deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase's secure infrastructure to protect your data. Access to submitted data is restricted to authenticated DGN staff only.
