Shorena Imesashvili brings 20 years of professional experience in financial accounting and tax advisory to DGN Consulting. She specializes in delivering comprehensive tax strategies, financial reporting, and compliance solutions for clients across the real estate, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to her current role, Shorena held senior advisory positions within leading international accounting networks, managing complex financial engagements. She is a Certified Accountant, a registered member of the Georgian Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors (GFPAA), and holds an MBA from Tbilisi State University.

Ana Lobzhanidze is a highly accomplished tax expert specializing in Transfer Pricing, Double Taxation Avoidance, OECD regulations, tax audits, international tax planning, and international dispute resolution. She holds LL.M. and MBA degrees and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in International Law.

Ana is a member of the Georgian Bar Association and ACCA. She brings 15 years of extensive professional experience, featuring significant tenures at the Georgia Revenue Service and leading international audit firms.
