Shorena Imesashvili

Shorena Imesashvili, with over 16 years of extensive experience, is a proficient accountant and tax expert. An alumnus of Tbilisi State University, she has earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified accountant, specialising in corporate tax planning.

Shorena is an esteemed member of the Georgian Federation of Accountants and Auditors, a testament to her commitment to the highest professional standards in both accounting and auditing practices.

Before her current role at DGN, Shorena played an integral role in the teams at PKF and BDO, where she developed her expertise and made significant contributions. Her professional acumen extends across a range of sectors, including trade and wholesale, real estate development, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare, making her a versatile and knowledgeable expert in her field.

Ana Lobzhanidze

Ana Lobzhanidze is a highly experienced Tax Expert, with a vast knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Double Tax Avoidance, OECD regulations, and Tax dispute resolution. She possesses a solid background in Tax Audit and Tax planning for international transactions, making her a valuable asset to our team. With her LLM and MBA degrees, as well as her membership in the Georgian Bar Association, Ana has the education and qualifications to provide top-notch services.

Ana's background includes working for the Revenue Service of Georgia and international audit companies, such as PKF and Nexia TA. With her extensive experience and in-depth understanding of the tax landscape, Ana is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex tax issues and achieve their financial goals.
